KİŞİSEL VERİLEN AKTARILMASI
Tarafınızdan edinilmiş olan kişisel veriler Bankalar Kanunu, Ödeme ve Menkul Kıymet Mutabakat Sistemleri, Ödeme Hizmetleri ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşları Hakkında Kanun ve diğer mevzuat hükümlerinin izin verdiği ya da zorunlu tuttuğu kişi veya kuruluşlarla, BDDK, SPK, TCMB gibi kamu tüzel kişileriyle, resmi mercilerin talepleri üzerine resmi mercilerle paylaşılabilecektir.
Ayrıca açık rızanızın olması halinde kişisel veriler; yukarıda anılan hizmetlerin yerine getirilmesi için, Kanun ve sair mevzuat (1774 sayılı Kimlik Bildirme Kanunu, 2918 sayılı Karayolları Trafik Kanunu, 5684 sayılı Sigortacılık Kanunu, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve bu sayılan kanunlara ilişkin sair yönetmelikler, denetleyici ve düzenleyici kurum ve kuruluşların düzenlemeleri ile kamu otoritelerinin zorunlu kıldığı haller dahil olmak fakat bunlarla sınırlı olmamak üzere), Şirketimiz tarafından işlenebilecektir ve Şirketimizin grup şirketleri (Derindere Otomotiv Yatırım San. Ve Tic. A.Ş., DMA Derindere Motorlu araçlar San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. , Derindere Motorlu Araçlar San. Ve Tic. A.Ş., Derindere Sigorta Aracılık Hizmetleri A.Ş., DRD Sağlık İnşaat San. Ve Tic. A.Ş.), altyapı sağlayıcıları, hizmet aldığı yurtiçi ve yurtdışı üçüncü kişiler, kurumlar ve yazılımlar/sistemler, bayileri, sigorta şirketleri, bankalar/finansman şirketleri, satış sonrası hizmetlerin gerçekleştirilmesi için servisler ve anlaşmalı kurumlar, yol yardım hizmeti veren kuruluşlar, alacakların tahsili amacıyla tahsil alacak şirketleri, vekalet ilişkisi içerisinde olduğu gerçek ve tüzel kişiler, iş ortakları ve diğer üçüncü kişilerle paylaşılabilecektir.
KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN TOPLANMA YÖNTEMİ
Genel müdürlük, şubelerimiz, internet sitesi, çağrı merkezi ve kurumsal müşterilerimiz gibi kanallarla kişisel verileriniz yazılı, sözlü veya elektronik ortamda toplanabilir.
Kişisel verileriniz tamamen veya kısmen, otomatik olan veya olmayan yollarla elde etme, kaydetme, depolanma, muhafaza etme, değiştirme, yeniden düzenleme vb. işlemler aracılığıyla işlenebilir. Toplanılan bilgiler, haberiniz ya da aksi bir talimatınız olmaksızın, yukarıda tanımlanan “Kişisel Verilerin İşlenme Amacı ve Aktarılması” başlıkları haricinde ve yapılan işin kapsamından uzak olan üçüncü şahıslarla kesinlikle paylaşılmamakta, faaliyet dışı hiçbir nedenle ticari amaçla kullanılmamakta ve de satılmamaktadır.
KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASI KANUNU’NDAN DOĞAN HAKLARINIZ
Kanun’un 11. Maddesine göre kişisel veri sahibi olarak müşteriler;
Kişisel veri işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
Kişisel veriler işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
Kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
Kişisel verilerin eksik ya da yanlış işlenmiş olması halinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,
Kişisel verilerin silinmesini, anonim hale getirilmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
Düzeltilme, silinme, anonim hale getirme veya yok edilmesi halinde bunun üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
Kişisel verilerin kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarar uğraması halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
Kişisel olmayan bilgiler; şahsen tanımlanamayacağınız bilgilerdir. Örneğin; kullanım saatleri, satın alınan ürünler vb. bilgilerdir. Bu bilgiler her türlü amaçla kullanılabilir ve üçüncü kişilerle de onay alınmaksızın paylaşılabilir.
